1. What is the delivery timeframe for my order?
At DrHouseHold, we aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured, we’re committed to ensuring a timely delivery experience.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Simply click on the link in the email to view your order status, or log in to your DrHouseHold account and check your order status in the "Order History" section.

3. Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We currently do not offer a warranty on any of our products. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at support@drhousehold.com, and our team will assist you.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow our 3-Day Replacement Policy:

  • Record a clear video of the unboxing, from the sealed package to showing the damage.
  • Email the video to support@drhousehold.com within 24 hours of delivery.

5. What is your replacement policy?
We offer a 3-day replacement policy for items that arrive damaged or defective. A clear unboxing video is required to process any replacements. Claims without video evidence cannot be processed.

6. Do you offer refunds?
We only provide replacements for damaged or defective items. Refunds are not available at this time. For any issues, please contact support@drhousehold.com.

7. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting our support team. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, we cannot process cancellations. To request a cancellation, email support@drhousehold.com.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for payments. We are working on introducing additional payment methods soon and appreciate your patience.

9. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@drhousehold.com. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but once it’s been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
